1. Shipping Within Canada

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Processing Times

• In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days.

• Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Please allow 4 weeks for production before your item is shipped.

• Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

3. International Shipping

• Rest of the World: Please contact us at sachijewelryvancouver@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote.

• Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into their country.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Sachi Vancouver is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sachijewelryvancouver@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
