Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn
The item must be in its original condition and packaging
The item must not show signs of damage, scratches, tarnishing, or wear
Proof of purchase may be required

Please contact us at sachijewelryvancouver@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as SACHI store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item, excluding any original shipping fees.

Store credit can be used toward a future purchase on the SACHI website and does not expire.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or SACHI sent an incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SACHI is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted items
Custom or personalized jewelry
Engraved items
Gift cards
Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
